Query a business's Cloutinet visibility score programmatically.
Every request requires an API key, generated from your Cloutinet dashboard under Developer and API (available as a pay-as-you-go add-on on the Business plan and above). Pass it as a Bearer token in the Authorization header.

Each band is billed at its own rate. For example, 20,000 calls in a month costs (1,000 × ₦15) + (9,000 × ₦10) + (10,000 × ₦6) = ₦165,000. Billed monthly on actual usage. Only successful requests are billed.
business_id is the short public business ID shown on the business's Cloutinet dashboard (not the same as the store page URL slug).
The trust score is an indicator of a business's online visibility on Cloutinet. It is not a credit check, identity verification, or legal confirmation of a business.

| 429 | Too many requests in a short period. Wait the number of seconds in the Retry-After header, then retry. |
There is no daily or monthly cap on requests. You are billed monthly for the calls you make.
To protect the service, each API key is limited to 600 requests per minute by default. Every response includes these headers:
X-RateLimit-Limit is your per-minute limit, and X-RateLimit-Remaining is how many requests you have left in the current minute.
If you exceed the limit you receive a 429 response with a Retry-After header. Wait that many seconds and retry.
For multiple branches or locations, create a separate API key for each one. Every key has its own limit. Combined invoicing across keys is available on request. Higher limits are available for high-volume customers. Contact sales.
